Ian Govan
Ian set up Alexander Consultants in 1993. He was previously responsible for Management Development with The Frizzell Group. He has worked throughout all occupational sectors and at all levels within organisations. His key areas of operation are in People Skills and Project Management, but his range also includes aspects of Operational Management. In addition to designing and delivering management training and development programmes, Ian has worked closely with The Chartered Management Institute and The University of York in successfully progressing managers through Certificate and Diploma in Management courses. He has worked extensively throughout the UK and has undertaken assignments in Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Pakistan and Bahrain. |
Bill Farrow
Bill has been involved in Management Development and Consultancy for over twenty years having earlier had a successful career lecturing and working for a large local authority in Personnel. He has been associated with Alexander Consultants from the very beginning, specialising in the areas of Human Resources, Management Skills, Marketing and Business Planning, and Organisational Development. He has also worked extensively on Management Qualification programmes both in the UK and internationally, notably in the Gulf. |
Ian Guthrie
Ian runs Business Management programmes and has also been involved in Development Centre and Corporate Research work for Alexander Consultants. |
Henri Snaps
Henri manages the Financial aspect for Alexander Consultants and has done so since 2005. |
Janis Portsmore
Formerly with IBM for fifteen years working in training, marketing and project management, Janis has been in Management Development Consultancy for over six years. She specialises in Project Management, Leadership and Communications. Her involvement with Alexander Consultants dates back some five years delivering programmes and acting as co-facilitator. |
Mike Tanner
Originally employed by Rolls Royce, Mike moved into lecturing at, amongst others, Birmingham University before entering Consultancy. He specialises in Human Resources and is a skilled counsellor and facilitator. He has also worked successfully, including for one of our clients, guiding organisations to Investors in People. He also specialises in short, small group programmes tackling live issues to bring about real results for those organisations. |
Susan Vince
Susan manages the Administration side of our work through Kings Secretarial Services and has done so now for over ten years. |
